From start to finish my consultation visit was perfect. The 2 front desk ladies were very sweet . Office is felt very welcoming and most importantly Dr. Burns made magic happen ok been dealing with constant teeth pain and have needed extractions. Dr. Burns and his staff wasted no time and immediately got me scheduled. Thank you so much for helping me see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I needed an urgent appointment with an oral surgeon for pain from a previous extraction. I was able to get in the same day within an hour of calling his office. The receptionists and dental assistants were both friendly and professional. Dr. Burns came in, immediately saw the problem and discussed the best way to follow up with an at home treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Burns and his staff.

THE OFFICE-First of all, the office is the best I've ever been in. This includes Dentists, Physicians and specialists. It's huge with comfortable chairs, tables and a large TV. The exam room is also large with space for a family member to accompany you during the procedure. THE STAFF- The staff are all very pleasant and professional. I had a problem with my insurance and had to cancel my original appointment. After conferring with my insurance carrier I was able to update the staff and they consulted with the insurance carrier to verify coverage AND restore my original appointment. During my visit the desk staff to the assistants in the exam room kept me updated as to what I was to expect. The day after my procedure El called me to make sure I was doing well. DR BURNS- I did my research and found Dr Burns to be very qualified to remove my wisdom tooth. He came into the exam room introduced himself and chatted for a while. He left after administering novocaine so that it could take effect. He was attending to multiple patients in other rooms. Unfortunately when he attempted to remove the tooth I needed an additional dose of novocaine. The second try was painless, quick and without i

Dr. Burns is a veteran in this field. I had several wisdoms remove (many moons ago) with no issues. He usually try to engaged you with a joke and b4 you know it he was done. This time I came in for an implant, was nervous at first but the hygienist assured me it would be fine. After I was numbed, Dr. Burns prep me for his work then I heard the drill started up for a few seconds (I mean literally seconds) and he said "I don't think the drill head is gonna fit between the 2 teeth". I'm thinking to myself "what you talking about Willis? I just them grinded down by my dentist" next thing I started to glance down and he's already stitching me up. He reached over and patted me on the shoulder and said you're done. I was amazed how fast he was. From the time the numbing gel, anesthesia, surgery and the implant processes he was done under 30 mins, faster than Dominos. I had lunch after swelling went down, took 2 ibuprofen b4 bed and no bleeding the next day. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience from an oral surgeon. Thank you Dr Burns.

Glad I found Dr. Burns. Everyone else I called wanted to schedule a consultation first and then schedule another appointment to do what my regular dentist and I already knew needed to be done. Didn't need to talk about it, I was in pain and needed action, not discussion. Dr. Burns' staff got me in fast and he removed it. Staff was super nice and professional. They all deserve a parade with elephants, tubas, and confetti.
